He is also the CEO of Ishola Consulting and partners, focusing on Business Transformation and Managing Change. He studied in UK with qualifications in financial management, change management, business consulting and has worked for many organisations from junior roles to managerial positions.

He travels extensively as a speaker, mentor and coach with a passion for raising leaders of Character and Creativity. All these he owes to God who can make GREAT-NESS out of a GREAT-MESS and supports from his lovely wife and team.
